Blissful Healing — Cancellation Policy

I keep my diary carefully so that every client gets my full time and attention. Because I work on my own and each appointment is booked just for you, late cancellations and missed appointments are difficult to fill at short notice. This policy simply helps me look after all of my clients fairly.

Rescheduling and cancelling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours before your booking. That gives me the chance to offer the time to someone else. You can reschedule through your booking confirmation, or just get in touch with me directly at melanie@blissfulhealingleicester.co.uk.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Missed appointments

If an appointment is missed without any notice, the full treatment cost may be charged.

Deposits

For new clients, I ask for a deposit of 50% at the time of booking to secure your first appointment. This comes off your treatment cost, and is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.

Running late

If you're running late, please let me know. I'll always do my best to give you your full treatment, but if it would run into another client's booking I may need to shorten your session, with the full cost still applying.

If I need to cancel

On the rare occasion I have to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I'll give you as much notice as I can and offer you the first available time that suits you.
